Andrew was appointed Executive Vice President, Skanska UK, in January 2025.
As Executive Vice President (EVP), Andrew is responsible for Skanska’s Infrastructure business, which operates in the rail, highways, water, defence and energy sectors. He is also responsible for Skanska’s joint venture work in delivering the London Tunnels section of HS2 and specialist design and environmental consultancy, Skanska Technology.
Andrew is a member of Skanska’s Executive Management Team (EMT), where he plays a key role in driving and implementing the strategic direction of the business. He was appointed EVP following his return to the business in March 2024 as Managing Director for Skanska’s Infrastructure operations. Andrew’s appointment marked a return to Skanska, following a near 10-year career with the company, between 2011 and 2019, during which time he held two managing director positions.
Prior to returning to Skanska, he led Australian firm John Holland Group’s national infrastructure business and oversaw AtkinsRéalis’ transportation division in the UK.
