This year, New Civil Engineer is excited for the return of the Innovation Accelerator at our Flood Resilience and Water conferences. Designed to spotlight groundbreaking solutions, this competition will highlight cutting-edge technologies developed by SMEs that are driving progress in the flood and water sectors.
The competition is looking to highlight the latest innovation in flood and water technologies, from solutions for sustainability to boosting efficiency, we are looking for the most exciting SMEs and startups in the sector.
Live Pitching: Innovation in Action
On 29 April, at NCE’s Flood Resilience and Water collocated conferences, shortlisted companies will take the stage to pitch their innovative solutions. These live pitches will address critical challenges in resilience, mitigation, and carbon reduction within the flood sector. An expert panel of judges, along with conference delegates, will evaluate the technologies presented, offering invaluable feedback and potential opportunities for collaboration.
This is more than just a competition - it’s a unique platform for SMEs to showcase their innovations, gain industry recognition, and connect with key stakeholders who are shaping the future of flood resilience.
Judges will then put questions to the candidates before deliberating over the winner who will be announced at the end of the day.
